Participation Fee
Prof. Dr. Ahmet AKKAYA 1st Medical Sciences and Sleep Research Congress (International Participation) will be held on 29-31 May 2025 in the form of Remote Online Presentation and Face-to-Face participation.
Participants who will submit papers can complete their registration by making their payments through the registration system after submitting their work through the paper submission system.
Participation with Paper
Each registered paper participant has the right to present 1 paper. Participants who wish to present two or more additional papers are required to pay an additional paper fee for each additional paper. The author's name can be included in the papers of different participants, there is no numerical limitation in this regard and there is no need to pay any extra fee.
In paper participation, only those who have paid the registration fee, registered and made their presentations will be given a certificate of participation. Participants who are other authors will be issued a certificate of participation if they pay the registration fee.
Participation without paper
You can also participate in our congress without a paper, receive a certificate / badge and benefit from the congress facilities. For unannounced registration, you can complete your registration via the registration system.
Listener Participation
Listener participation is FREE. There is no registration requirement for audience participation. No badge/certificate etc. arrangements are made for audience participation.
Online Participants;
Participation Certificates will be sent as PDF to the e-mail addresses declared by the participants after the congress.
Face-to-face Participants with and without Proceedings;
Participation certificate, name badge, participation in the scientific programme, 2 lunches, 4 coffee breaks and refreshments, congress bag and the right to attend all sessions.
