Author Guidelines

*ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR THE WORKS THEY HAVE SENT TO THE CONGRESS. IN CASE OF ETHICAL, LEGAL AND OTHER PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR, ALL LIABILITY UNILATERALLY BELONGS TO THE AUTHORS. OUR CONGRESS RESERVES ALL LEGAL AND OTHER RIGHTS AGAINST SUCH NEGATIVITIES. THE STUDIES SENT TO THE CONGRESS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED IN ANOTHER EVENT BEFORE.

- Abstracts should be sent via the website (https://tuak.org/index.php/tuak) until 30 April 2025.

General Principles:

- In the congress, all studies such as review, original research, case report, etc. can be presented as poster and oral presentations.

- The congress language is Turkish / English; papers must be submitted in both languages. Candidates for poster and oral presentations must first register at https://tuak.org/index.php/tuak/index. Then, an abstract of their papers will be sent online from the congress web page (https://tuak.org/index.php/tuak/index) in Microsoft Office Word format.

- In order for the paper application to be evaluated, the author who will make the presentation must be registered for the congress.

- The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee and at least two scientific referees, and the scientific committee will decide on the suitability and acceptance of the papers and the form of presentation (poster or oral). In the event that the first two referees cannot make a decision, the abstract/summary will be sent to the third referee. The responsibility for referee corrections/suggestions belongs entirely to the author(s).

- The presented papers will be available in the Congress Abstract Book, which will be published in ‘PDF’ format on the website https://tuak.org/index.php/tuak/index after the congress.

Note: If the work you submit to our congress is derived from a thesis, the name of the supervisor of your thesis must be indicated as the second author of the work. This is important to show the contribution and approval of your supervisor.

All participants are obliged to obtain the approval of their supervisors and to indicate their names correctly in their studies. The responsibility in this regard lies entirely with the participants.

Otherwise, the author who uploaded the study to the system is solely responsible for any legal or other problems that may arise. Our congress reserves all its rights against such negative situations.

Please prepare your work by paying attention to this issue.
